About the Event

Mat & Mingle Pop-up


Description: A medium-paced, alignment-focused class with fluid transitions inspired by yoga and Pilates. Move with intention to build strength, stability, and whole-body mobility.


Who it’s for: Best suited for participants comfortable with regular physical activity and able to move to and from the floor independently. Scalable options will be offered to provide challenge or modification.


Before you attend:

  • Come feeling well and able to participate in moderate physical activity. Check with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or existing conditions. 

  • Read the participation waiver prior to arrival.


What to bring & wear:

  • Your own mat, any props you prefer, and water. 

  • Clothing that allows free, comfortable movement.


Safety & community:

  • This class is for general fitness and mindful movement and is not a substitute for medical care or rehabilitation. 

  • Take responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the session—listen to your body, honor your limits, choose the variations that feel supportive for you and rest when needed.

  • Help us keep the space respectful, kind, and judgment-free for everyone.
