As spring approaches, it is the time of the year to reach out to our membership about board positions which are now open.
We’re searching for a new Ambassador Coordinator who will work with a dedicated team of volunteers who contact our new members by email in their native language. It means so much to our new members to hear from another IN member who is happy to welcome them and answer any questions they might have. Ideally the Ambassador Coordinator will be a person who knows many different women in IN and is interested in offering support to new members, using creative ways to reach out and help new members feel at home. Vesna, our current Ambassador Coordinator, is stepping down after several years in this position. She’s done a fantastic job and would be happy to chat with anyone who is interested in following in her footsteps. Please contact me at volunteer@international-neighbors.org if you have any questions.
Our President, Andra, is looking for someone to share the duties of the President. She and the new Co-President will decide together on exactly how the duties will be shared. This is a perfect opportunity for an IN member who would like to help in a leadership role. It would be most helpful if the Co-President is knowledgeable about media communications, such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc. If you would like to know more about this position, Andra will be more than happy to talk with you. The job description will be sent to anyone who is interested in the position. You can reach me at volunteer@international-neighbors.org
Hopefully one of these positions will appeal to one of you or your friends.
