Carmen C. has been the gracious leader of the IN cooking club for the past 40 years!  Born and raised in the beautiful colonial town of Popayan, Colombia, Carmen came to live in Michigan with her husband, Harry, in 1975. Carmen joined IN, after being introduced to the group by her beloved mother in law, Eleanor, who was the IN photographer at the time. 

Carmen led a Spanish as a second language group for 10 years within the IN community, and she was also a Spanish lecturer at U of M.

Today, Carmen continues to engage women from all around the world with delicious meals lovingly prepared at her welcoming home. She is truly a dynamic influencer and mentor to all the women who have the privilege to visit her group!
